Riktantenn DeLOCK 88904

The DeLOCK 88904 is a directional Wireless LAN antenna designed to send and receive Wi‑Fi signals via an RP‑SMA interface. It operates in dual frequency bands (2.4–2.4835 GHz and 5.15–5.875 GHz) and supports IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/h standards. With a maximum gain of 10 dBi and a compact black housing (66 mm × 18 mm × 167.3 mm), it is suitable for improving the range and directionality of compatible wireless devices.

Advantages

The antenna provides a focused signal pattern with up to 10 dBi gain to increase effective range and signal strength in a chosen direction. Its RP‑SMA connector allows straightforward connection to devices with RP‑SMA ports, and dual‑band operation ensures compatibility with common 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi‑Fi networks. The compact, black design facilitates installation where space or aesthetics are considerations.

How to use

Locate the RP‑SMA port on your device and securely screw the DeLOCK 88904 antenna onto the connector until firm. Orient the antenna toward the area where increased signal is required; as a directional antenna, its placement and angle affect performance. Verify that your device supports the listed Wi‑Fi standards and operate within the specified frequency ranges. After installation, test connectivity and adjust the antenna direction for optimal signal strength.

Recommendations

For best results, mount the antenna at an elevated position with a clear line of sight to the target area. Avoid physical obstructions and strong sources of RF interference. Use this directional antenna for targeted coverage rather than omnidirectional blanket coverage.
