FRÄMRE STOPP FÖR HET VALS

Precision-engineered to keep fuser hot rollers perfectly aligned, the Ricoh B0444156 Front Hot Roller Stopper eliminates axial drift and uneven pressure that can ruin print quality. Unlike generic stoppers that wear quickly under heat, this component is built from high-temperature polymer or metal alloy to withstand continuous operation up to 220°C, making it a reliable choice for demanding print environments.

Highlights

• Maintains exact hot roller positioning for consistent fusing and sharp output
• High-temperature resistant material ensures long service life in fuser units
• Direct replacement for worn or damaged stoppers in laser printers and MFPs
• Essential maintenance part to prevent roller misalignment and paper jams
• Compatible with a wide range of Ricoh and equivalent fuser assemblies

In daily use

Installed at the front of the fuser hot roller assembly, this stopper acts as a critical boundary that holds the roller in its designated track. During high-volume printing, the fuser reaches extreme temperatures; inferior stoppers may deform or crack, causing roller wobble, toner smearing, or even catastrophic fuser failure. This Ricoh stopper resists heat, wear, and chemical exposure, ensuring stable performance over thousands of pages. Technicians will appreciate its precise dimensions and robust construction, which simplify installation and reduce callbacks.
