Prodipe Guitars ST80MA FR – elgitarr

Every guitarist knows the frustration of a tremolo system that knocks the strings out of tune after a single dive bomb. The Prodipe ST80MA FR solves this with a licensed Floyd Rose Special bridge and locking nut, keeping your pitch rock-solid through even the most aggressive whammy bar acrobatics. Built around an alder body and maple neck, this HSS-configured electric guitar delivers a versatile voice that moves from glassy cleans to thick, harmonically rich overdrive without losing clarity.

Who is it for

The ST80MA FR is aimed at players who need a reliable workhorse for rock, metal, fusion, and anything that demands expressive vibrato and stable tuning. It suits intermediate to advanced guitarists who want professional-grade hardware without the boutique price tag. Whether you are recording in the studio or performing live, this guitar is built to keep up with your most demanding techniques.

Tips

To get the most out of the Floyd Rose system, stretch your strings thoroughly when changing them and make sure the locking nut is properly tightened. For a classic rock tone, roll back the tone knob slightly on the bridge humbucker; for sparkling cleans, use positions 2 and 4 on the 5-way switch. A professional setup is recommended to dial in the tremolo tension to your preferred string gauge.
