Pizzaskärare WMF 18.7134.6030

Large pastry cutter with a sharp wheel designed for cutting pizza or sheet cake directly on a baking tray. The rotating wheel reduces the risk of scratching the tray while making clean, even cuts. The handle includes a finger shield for safer operation, and the cutter is also suitable for dividing freshly rolled-out pasta dough.

Advantages

The large, sharp cutting wheel delivers precise, straight cuts on pizza, sheet cakes, and pastry. A rotating wheel design minimizes contact friction with the baking tray to help prevent surface scratches. The ergonomic handle with a finger shield improves grip and reduces the chance of accidental slips during use. Multipurpose functionality allows use for both baked goods and dough preparation.

Key specifications

• Type: Large pastry/pizza cutter with rotating cutting wheel
• Wheel: Sharp, circular blade for clean cuts
• Handle: Includes finger shield for safety
• Primary uses: Cutting pizza, sheet cakes, pastries, and dividing pasta dough

How to use

Place the pizza cutter on the surface of the pizza, sheet cake, or rolled dough and apply steady pressure while rolling the wheel forward to create a clean cut. Keep the wheel turning to maintain low friction with the baking tray and avoid dragging. Hold the handle firmly behind the finger shield to ensure control and safety. Clean and dry the cutter after each use according to manufacturer care instructions.

Recommendations

Use on flat, stable surfaces and avoid excessive downward force to protect the wheel and the baking tray. Regularly inspect and sharpen or replace the wheel if cuts become less precise. Store in a dry place out of reach of children.
