POLY CS540 Medium 25 Pieces 85Q23AA HP eartips are replacement silicone tips engineered for use with POLY headsets. This pack of 25 medium-size eartips provides a consistent fit and helps maintain acoustic seal and comfort during extended wearing. Designed to match the POLY CS540 series, these eartips are compatible with standard earbud mounting stems used by the headset and are intended to replace worn or damaged tips to preserve sound clarity and hygiene.

Advantages

These medium eartips are made from soft silicone to balance comfort and a reliable in‑ear seal. Supplied in a bulk pack of 25 pieces, they offer a convenient stock for replacements in office, contact center or home environments. The design supports consistent audio performance by restoring the proper fit and isolation that affect bass response and call clarity. The parts are labeled with the OEM references (HP / POLY) for straightforward identification and compatibility.

How to use

Remove the worn eartip from the headset by gently pulling it off the earbud stem. Align a replacement medium eartip over the stem and push until it seats securely. Verify that the eartip is fully attached and that the headset audio port is unobstructed. For the best acoustic seal, position the headset in the ear and adjust the eartip orientation until comfort and sound isolation are achieved. Replace eartips regularly or when signs of wear, deformation, or reduced audio quality appear.

Recommendations

Keep a supply of replacement eartips on hand in multi‑user or high‑usage settings to maintain hygiene and consistent audio performance. Clean the headset and eartip mounting area periodically with a dry, lint‑free cloth and avoid contact with oils or solvents that could degrade the silicone. Choose the medium size if previous eartips provided a balanced seal; evaluate small or large sizes if you experience fitting issues.
