Objektivfilter Canon 72 mm skyddsfilter 2599A001

The Canon 72 mm Protect Lens Filter (model 2599A001) is a clear protective glass that fits lenses with a 72 mm filter thread. It guards the front lens element from dust, scratches and light moisture while remaining neutral to colour balance and image rendering, so it can be left mounted during normal shooting.

Advantages

This 72 mm Canon protect filter offers straightforward physical protection for your lens without affecting colour reproduction. Its clear glass and black metal rim minimise reflections and preserve contrast, and the filter screws on securely to compatible lenses for continuous use.

Suitable for

• Everyday outdoor photography where lens protection is needed
• Travel and street photography to prevent accidental scratches
• Studio work when an extra protective layer on the front element is desired
• Photographers who prefer leaving a protective filter mounted during shoots

How to use

Screw the filter onto the front filter thread of a lens that accepts 72 mm filters until it is hand-tight. The filter can remain mounted during shooting; it is designed to be neutral to colour balance and image quality. Remove and clean the filter with a lens cloth or blower as needed to maintain optical clarity.

Recommendations

Keep the filter clean and store it in a protective case when not in use. If heavy moisture or grit is present, remove the filter and clean it before remounting to avoid abrasion to the lens element.
