Nätaggregat Synology PSU 350W-RP MODULE_1

The Synology PSU 350W-RP MODULE_1 is a 350-watt replacement power supply module designed for Synology storage servers and high-availability NAS configurations. With a compact footprint and a modular form factor, it delivers stable DC power to internal components while supporting redundant setups to reduce downtime. The unit’s dimensions of 215 mm width and 81 mm depth and a weight of 670 g make it suitable for rack-mounted and compact tower systems where reliable, continuous power delivery is required.

Advantages

This power supply provides consistent 350 W output for server-grade storage, supports redundant operation in compatible Synology systems, and is designed for straightforward hot-swap replacement to minimize service interruptions. Its compact size and moderate weight simplify installation and handling during maintenance. The module construction aligns with Synology hardware to ensure electrical compatibility and thermal behavior appropriate for multi-drive NAS environments.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Replacement or upgrade of failed PSU modules in compatible Synology storage servers
• Maintaining redundant power configurations to improve system uptime
• Data center or small office NAS deployments requiring steady 350 W power delivery
• Field maintenance and quick hot-swap operations during service

Key specifications

• Nominal output power: 350 W
• Form factor: modular PSU module for Synology storage systems
• Physical dimensions: 215 mm (width) × 81 mm (depth)
• Weight: approximately 670 g
• Cooling: integrated thermal design suitable for NAS enclosures (system-dependent airflow)
• Mounting: module designed for tool-less insertion/removal in compatible chassis

How to use

Power down the host system according to the device manufacturer's shutdown procedure unless performing a supported hot-swap. For hot-swap-capable Synology systems, follow the server’s service manual: unlock and slide out the defective module, disconnect any retention clips, and insert the replacement until it seats firmly and the indicator shows proper connection. After installation, verify that the system recognizes the new module and that status LEDs indicate normal operation. Dispose of the removed unit following local electronic waste regulations.

Recommendations

Use the PSU module only in compatible Synology enclosures that support the model's mechanical and electrical interface. Maintain ambient operating temperatures and airflow per the host device specifications to preserve PSU longevity. When installing in redundant setups, replace defective modules promptly to restore full redundancy.
