How to use

Mount the HDR-150-24 on a standard DIN rail inside the control enclosure. Connect the AC mains input (85–264 VAC) to the designated L and N terminals and connect protective earth to the PE terminal. Connect the 24 V DC output to the load, observing polarity. Verify that the total load does not exceed 6.25 A and allow adequate ventilation around the unit. Follow local electrical codes and switch off mains power before wiring.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term operation, avoid continuous loading above 80% of the rated current, ensure ambient temperature and ventilation remain within the manufacturer's specified range, and use appropriate fusing on the AC input and DC output where required by local standards.
