How to use

Mount the HDR-100-24N on a standard DIN rail inside the control cabinet. Connect the AC input within the specified 85–264 VAC range to the input terminals and secure protective earth per local wiring regulations. Connect the 24 V DC output to the load, observing correct polarity and ensuring the total current does not exceed 4.2 A. Verify connections and power up the unit; check output voltage under load to confirm proper operation.

Recommendations

Install the adapter in a ventilated enclosure and avoid mounting near heat sources. Use appropriate fusing on the AC input and consider upstream surge protection. Ensure the combined load on the 24 V output stays within the 4.2 A rating and allow adequate spacing for airflow when multiple units are mounted on the same DIN rail.
