Mikrofon KRUX EDIS 1000 KRX0109

The KRUX EDIS 1000 KRX0109 microphone is a cardioid dynamic microphone designed for clear audio capture in studio and live settings. It offers a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz and a pickup pattern that focuses on sources in front of the capsule while reducing ambient noise. The microphone's solid construction and included accessories provide reliable performance for vocal and instrument recording, presentations, streaming, podcasting, and stage use.

Advantages

The cardioid polar pattern delivers focused sound pickup and minimizes unwanted background noise. A wide frequency response ensures accurate reproduction of vocals and instruments across low and high ranges. Robust mechanical design increases durability for regular transport and live use. The package includes useful accessories to simplify setup and mounting, enabling quick deployment for sessions and performances.

Suitable for

• Vocal recording in home and project studios
• Live vocals on stage and at rehearsals
• Podcasting and streaming
• Instrument miking for guitar, drums overheads, and amplifiers
• Presentations and public speaking

Key specifications

• Transducer type: dynamic
• Polar pattern: cardioid
• Frequency response: 20 Hz–20 kHz
• Connector: standard XLR (3-pin) compatible
• Construction: metal housing for improved durability
• Included accessories: mount/clip and protective elements (as supplied)

How to use

Position the microphone so that the front of the capsule faces the sound source at an appropriate distance—typically 5–20 cm for vocals, farther for instruments depending on desired tonal balance. Connect the microphone to a mixer, audio interface, or PA system using an XLR cable. Adjust input gain on your preamp or interface to avoid clipping while maintaining a strong signal. Use pop filtering, proper microphone angle, and distance to reduce plosives and sibilance when recording vocals. For live use, secure the microphone in the supplied clip and check levels during a soundcheck.

Recommendations

For best results, combine the microphone's cardioid pattern with close-to-medium placement and basic acoustic treatment when possible. Regularly check connectors and clean the housing; store the microphone in a padded case or protective bag between uses to prolong its service life.
