RJ-45-uttag BTR NETCOM 130B12D10002-E vit

The BTR NETCOM 130B12D10002-E White RJ-45 socket-outlet is a wall-mount network connector designed for Category 6a cabling. It provides a fixed, flush-mounted RJ-45 port that supports high-speed Ethernet links and is intended for use in structured cabling installations for offices, residential buildings, and multimedia outlets. The white finish matches standard faceplates and interior fittings, allowing discreet integration into existing wall plates and surface-mount frames.

Advantages

This RJ-45 socket supports Category 6a performance, enabling higher bandwidth and reduced crosstalk for demanding network applications. Its standardized form factor ensures compatibility with common wall plates and installation frames, and the white color provides a neutral appearance suitable for varied interior styles. The product is engineered for stable, low-loss connections and straightforward termination with appropriate Cat6a cables.

Suitable for

• Wired Ethernet networks in offices and commercial premises
• Residential structured cabling and home office setups
• High-speed data links for VoIP phones, IP cameras, and access points
• Patch panels and wall-mounted network outlets in multimedia rooms

Key specifications

• Connector type: RJ-45 female socket
• Cabling category support: Category 6a (Cat6a)
• Mounting: flush wall-mount compatible with standard faceplates
• Color: white
• Contact arrangement: 8P8C (8-position, 8-contact)
• Application: data, Ethernet, PoE-compatible where cabling supports

How to use

Install the RJ-45 socket-outlet into a compatible wall plate or mounting frame following standard low-voltage installation practices. Terminate Cat6a cable conductors to the socket's IDC or punch-down terminals according to the colour code for the chosen wiring scheme (T568A or T568B). After termination, secure the module in the faceplate and mount the plate to the wall box. Test the link with a network cable tester to verify continuity, pair integrity, and category performance before connecting active equipment.

Recommendations

Use shielded or unshielded Cat6a cable as required by the installation; ensure connectors and patch cords match the same category to achieve rated performance. Maintain appropriate bend radius and avoid running data cables alongside high-voltage power lines to reduce interference. Perform certification testing for critical or commercial installations to confirm throughput and PoE compatibility.
