Mesh-system Cudy M1300 1-PACK

The Cudy M1300 1-PACK is a dual-band mesh Wi‑Fi system that supports Wi‑Fi 5 (802.11ac) and provides combined 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz wireless coverage for home or small-office environments. Designed as a single-node unit in a mesh deployment, the device uses internal antennas to extend wireless reach and deliver stable connectivity for streaming, online gaming and everyday internet use. The unit includes onboard memory resources to maintain consistent performance under typical network loads and is available in a compact white enclosure suitable for visible placement in living areas.

Advantages

The mesh node offers simultaneous dual-band operation to balance range and throughput across connected devices. Internal memory and flash storage support reliable firmware operation and network processing. Internal antennas reduce the need for external antenna adjustments while the compact design simplifies placement. Integrated Ethernet LAN connectivity allows a wired device to join the mesh for low-latency applications.

Suitable for

• Expanding Wi‑Fi coverage in multiroom apartments and medium-sized homes
• Seamless streaming of HD video and media playback on multiple devices
• Online gaming where reduced dead zones and steady wireless performance are required
• Connecting a wired device to the network via the Ethernet LAN port

Key specifications

• Wireless standard: IEEE 802.11ac (Wi‑Fi 5)
• Frequency bands: 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz dual‑band operation
• Memory: 16 MB internal memory and 128 MB flash memory
• Antenna type: internal antennas for streamlined coverage
• Ethernet ports: one LAN (RJ‑45) port for wired connection
• Colour: white

How to use

Place the mesh node in a central location to maximise coverage and minimise obstructions. Connect the unit to your modem or an existing network via the Ethernet LAN port if using a wired backhaul or to initialise setup. Use the Cudy setup process—via the companion app or web interface—to configure SSID, security settings and any mesh pairing with additional nodes. Reboot the device after firmware updates and verify signal strength in target areas to confirm optimal placement.

Recommendations

For best results, install the node on an elevated surface away from large metal objects, microwaves and cordless phones. When expanding coverage, place additional mesh nodes within clear line-of-sight or a single room apart to maintain strong inter-node connections. Regularly check for firmware updates to ensure performance and security.
