The Pagna 21613-02 polypropylene (PP) folder with rubber closure is designed to store and protect A4 documents. Constructed from durable yet flexible PP, the folder offers a slim profile while providing resistance to tearing and moisture. The white finish delivers a tidy, professional appearance suitable for meetings, presentations and everyday filing. A rubber strap keeps contents secure during transport and handling without adding bulk.

Advantages

This PP folder combines light weight with structural durability to protect documents from creases and light dampness. The flexible material allows the folder to accommodate varied document thicknesses while maintaining its shape. The rubber closure secures papers reliably, reducing the risk of loose pages during transit. The neutral white surface is easy to label and integrates with existing filing systems.

Suitable for

• Organizing A4 reports, presentations and contracts
• Transporting documents between office and meetings
• Storing invoices, receipts and correspondence
• Use in reception areas, classrooms and home offices

Key specifications

• Material: polypropylene (PP)
• Format compatibility: A4 documents
• Closure type: external rubber strap
• Color: white
• Design: slim, flexible folder for single or multiple documents

How to use

Insert A4 documents into the folder by sliding them into the main pocket, arranging pages so they lie flat. If carrying several documents, stack them evenly before placing them inside to avoid uneven bulging. Wrap the rubber strap around the folder to hold contents securely; ensure the strap is seated in its intended groove or notch if present. Store the folder upright on a shelf or lay it flat in a bag for transport to minimize pressure on the contents.

Recommendations

For long-term document preservation, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and excessive heat. Clean the polypropylene surface with a soft cloth and mild detergent if needed. When transporting many sheets, consider using multiple folders to prevent overfilling and to maintain an organized filing system.
