Magnetpapper A4 matt Franken MP841 19

Franken MP841 19 is a high-quality A4 magnet paper with a matte green surface, designed for producing custom magnetic prints and labels. The sheet dimensions are 227 mm by 340 mm with a thickness of 1 mm, providing a sturdy, flexible substrate that holds firmly to metal surfaces. The matte finish reduces glare and gives printed designs a subdued, professional appearance while preserving color fidelity for many common printing methods.

Advantages

This magnet paper offers reliable adhesion to metal without additional adhesives, easy handling and cutting thanks to its stable 1 mm thickness, and a matte surface that minimises reflections. It supports vibrant printing results and durable use on refrigerators, office boards, retail displays, and other magnetic surfaces. The green matte coating delivers consistent colour reproduction and resists smudging after printing when compatible inks and printers are used.

How to use

Prepare your artwork at A4 dimensions, allowing for any printer margins. Use printers and inks compatible with coated matte magnetic media—consult your printer documentation for supported media types. Feed the magnet paper into the printer according to the manufacturer’s guidance for thick media or specialty sheets to avoid jams. After printing, allow adequate drying time, then trim to the desired shape with a guillotine, craft knife or cutting plotter. Affix the finished magnet to clean, dry metal surfaces for optimal adhesion.

Recommendations

For best results, test a single sheet with your printer and ink combination before a full run. Store unused magnet sheets flat in a dry environment away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. When cutting detailed shapes, use sharp blades and steady pressure to maintain clean edges; avoid overstretching the material. If printing with solvent or UV inks, verify adhesion and curing compatibility on a sample first.
