How to use

Mount the unit on a suitable vertical surface at a height convenient for users, ensuring the chosen location is sheltered from direct rain if externally installed. Connect the intercom to the building’s wired door communication system following the manufacturer’s wiring diagram and local electrical regulations. After installation, test the audio transmission by initiating a call from the external panel and confirming clear two-way speech. Adjust any in-system settings or volume controls as required to achieve intelligible communication for both visitor and resident.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, install the unit where it is protected from direct exposure to heavy rain or strong sunlight despite its IP44 rating. Use corrosion-resistant screws and appropriate sealing around cable entries. Regularly check connections and clean the exterior surface with a soft, damp cloth; avoid aggressive chemicals that could damage the finish.
