Lexmark 40N4250 pappersfack

The Lexmark 40N4250 paper tray is an accessory designed to expand the paper handling capacity of compatible Lexmark printers. It accepts up to 250 sheets and supports a range of media types including standard paper, labels, and card stock. The tray has a compact footprint and connects directly to the printer to provide additional input without altering print quality or workflow.

Advantages

The tray increases overall paper capacity and reduces the need for frequent reloading during busy print jobs. Its compatibility with common media types makes it versatile for office environments that require printing on labels or heavier stock. The tray’s dimensions are engineered to fit specified Lexmark models while maintaining stable paper feeding and alignment.

Suitable for

• Small to medium office environments needing extra paper capacity
• Printing labels, envelopes, or card stock without manual page-by-page feeding
• Workflows that require uninterrupted print runs for moderate-volume jobs

How to use

Align the tray with the printer’s input bay and slide it into place until it locks securely. Select the correct paper type and size in the printer driver or control panel to match the loaded media for accurate print results. Remove and inspect the tray periodically for dust or debris that could affect feeding.

Recommendations

Use standard, high-quality paper and properly aligned media to maintain consistent feed performance. Avoid overfilling beyond the 250-sheet capacity and store spare trays in a dry environment to prevent warping.
