How to use

Select the appropriate tip orientation for internal or external circlips, position the tips securely in the circlip holes or grooves, then squeeze the handles to spread or compress the circlip for removal or installation. Use controlled force and keep the workpiece secured to prevent sudden release. After use, wipe clean and store the pliers in a dry place.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, avoid using the pliers on hardened or oversized components beyond the intended circlip sizes; periodically check the bolted joint and replace the inserted tips if excessively worn. Lubricate the joint lightly if movement becomes stiff and store the tool dry to prevent corrosion.
