Kylsystemdel Alphacool 17246

The Alphacool 17246 is a compact black computer cooling system accessory designed for liquid-cooling setups that require a 45° angled connection. It features a 1/4" connecting thread and a small footprint with dimensions of 18.5 mm (width) × 18.5 mm (height) × 35 mm (depth). The part is intended to provide a reliable angled joint in tight or confined areas of a cooling loop, contributing to cleaner hose routing and reduced mechanical strain on fittings.

Advantages

This cooling system part combines a 45° angle with a 1/4" connecting thread to simplify hose routing in compact builds. Its compact dimensions and black finish help maintain a low visual profile inside a case while saving space. The component is lightweight, minimizing additional load on fittings and tubing, and is engineered for compatibility with standard 1/4" liquid-cooling threads to ensure stable connections.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Routing coolant lines in compact or small-form-factor PC cases
• Creating angled connections between tubing and components to avoid kinks
• Replacing or upgrading existing 45° fittings in a liquid-cooling loop
• Providing a discrete visual appearance in black-themed builds

Key specifications

• Angle: 45°
• Connecting thread size: 1/4"
• Dimensions: 18.5 mm (W) × 18.5 mm (H) × 35 mm (D)
• Colour: Black
• Weight: 0.1 kg

How to use

Install the part by screwing it into a compatible 1/4" threaded port on a radiator, water block, reservoir or another fitting. Ensure threads are clean and, if applicable, use appropriate sealing (such as thread tape or compatible gaskets) according to your system's assembly practices. Align tubing to the 45° angle to achieve the desired routing path, then secure hose clamps or compression fittings as required. Check all connections for tightness and perform a leak test before powering the system.

Recommendations

Use this angled fitting in environments where space is limited or where a change in hose direction is needed to prevent kinking. Regularly inspect threaded connections and seals after initial installation and after the first few system run-hours to confirm there are no leaks. Match the 1/4" thread size with compatible components to ensure proper fit and functionality.
