Krympslang CellPack 145131, 100 cm längd, enstaka förpackning

CellPack 145131 is a heat-shrink tubing supplied as a single 100 cm piece designed for insulation, strain relief and protection of electrical connections in domestic and light industrial wiring. The tubing reduces diameter when heated to form a tight protective sleeve around cables, joints and terminals. It is thin-walled and halogen-free, providing mechanical protection and improved electrical insulation for repair, assembly and maintenance tasks.

Advantages

The tubing combines high flexibility with superior electrical properties and high tensile strength, ensuring reliable mechanical and dielectric performance. It is inscribable for easy identification, resistant to chemical agents and stabilized against UV rays to withstand exposure. The material is non-corrosive, free from paint-wetting inhibiting substances and resistant to cold flow for long-term dimensional stability. Supplied as a single 100 cm piece, it is suitable for immediate use without additional cutting from a spool.

Suitable for

• Insulating individual conductors, joints and soldered connections
• Providing strain relief on cable entries and connectors
• Repairing damaged cable sheaths and restoring mechanical protection
• Bundling and protecting wiring in household appliances and light installations
• Marking and identifying cables after inscription

Key specifications

• Type: heat-shrink tubing
• Length: 100 cm (single piece)
• Wall: thin wall
• Material properties: halogen-free, non-corrosive, infusible
• Durability: stabilized against UV, resistant to chemical agents, resistant to cold flow
• Mechanical: high flexibility, high tensile strength
• Electrical: superior electrical insulation properties
• Surface: inscribable, free from paint-wetting inhibiting substances

How to use

Select a length of tubing that covers the area to be insulated with some overlap. Slide the CellPack 145131 tubing over the cable or joint before making the electrical connection, then apply heat evenly using a heat gun, hot-air tool or lighter at a safe distance until the tubing has uniformly shrunk and conforms to the underlying shape. Allow the tubing to cool to ambient temperature to complete the shrink and stabilization before handling.

Recommendations

For best results, use a temperature-controlled hot-air tool and heat progressively to avoid overheating adjacent components. Ensure surfaces are clean and free of oils or debris prior to application. For repeated or multiple runs, store the tubing flat and avoid tight bends to prevent creasing; other lengths are available on request if a continuous long run is required.
