Kortficka HERMA 1409 transparent 100x100mm

The HERMA 1409 Card Pocket is a transparent protective sleeve sized for cards 100 x 100 mm. Made from durable clear material, it keeps cards visible while protecting them from dirt, moisture and wear. The pocket is suitable for organizing, displaying and storing cards in office, event or personal environments and is compatible with standard card handling and filing systems that accept square pockets of this dimension.

Advantages

The pocket provides reliable, long-lasting protection thanks to its robust transparent material that resists tearing and yellowing. Its clear finish allows immediate legibility of printed or handwritten information without removal. The construction supports repeated insertion and removal of cards while maintaining shape and clarity, and its neutral appearance integrates unobtrusively into folders, binders or display setups.

Suitable for

• Event badges, guest passes and name cards sized 100 x 100 mm
• Small printed cards or promotional inserts for display and distribution
• Organizing and storing inventory, sample or reference cards
• Office filing systems and presentation folders that accept square pockets

Key specifications

• External dimensions: compatible with 100 × 100 mm cards
• Material: transparent, tear-resistant plastic
• Surface: clear finish for unobstructed visibility
• Capacity: single-card sleeve designed for one card per pocket
• Compatibility: suitable for use in standard binders, folders and display holders that accept loose pockets

How to use

Insert the card gently into the open side of the pocket until it sits flat and fully covered. Ensure the printed side faces outward through the clear material for easy reading. For repeated access, slide the card in and out along the opening edge; avoid forcing oversized cards to prevent stretching. Store filled pockets flat or mounted in compatible folders or holders to retain shape and clarity.

Recommendations

To extend service life, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and high temperatures. Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth; if necessary, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner and test on a spare pocket first. Use the pocket for cards that match the 100 × 100 mm size to ensure proper fit and protection.
