Konica Minolta reservdel AA6VR70111

Unlike generic pressure rollers that compromise print quality and shorten fuser life, the Konica Minolta AA6VR70111 is the exact OEM lower pressure roller engineered for bizhub C22x, C28x, C36x, C45x, C55x, C65x, and C75x series printers and MFPs. Its precision rubber/silicone coating and metal core deliver consistent nip pressure across the entire paper width, ensuring toner bonds evenly on every page—from plain office documents to heavy cardstock. Replacing a worn or damaged pressure roller with this genuine part restores crisp, smudge-free output and prevents paper jams caused by uneven fusing.

Highlights

• Genuine Konica Minolta OEM part (AA6VR70111) – guaranteed fit and performance
• Lower pressure roller for the fuser unit; works with the upper fuser roller to apply uniform pressure
• Rubber/silicone coated metal core withstands high fusing temperatures and long print runs
• Compatible with bizhub C220, C280, C360, C452, C552, C652, C754 and many 'e'/'i' variants
• Restores original print quality after roller wear, glazing, or damage

In daily use

This pressure roller sits inside the fuser assembly, pressing the paper against the heated fuser roller to melt and bond toner. Over time, the rubber surface can become glazed, cracked, or deformed, leading to poor toner adhesion, ghosting, or frequent paper jams. Installing a new AA6VR70111 roller brings back the factory-spec nip width and pressure, so your bizhub produces sharp, durable prints without service calls. It is a direct replacement for the original roller and requires no modifications.
