Kokslev Continenta 4922, olivträ, hörnformad

The Continenta 4922 cooking spoon is made from olive wood and features a corner-shaped head designed to reach into pans, jars and other containers. The spoon combines the natural hardness and heat resistance of olive wood with an ergonomic handle profile for comfortable stirring, serving and light sautéing. Its smooth, sanded finish reduces the risk of scratching non-stick and enameled cookware while providing a stable, durable kitchen tool for everyday use.

Advantages

Olive wood is dense and wear-resistant, giving the spoon long-lasting performance and a pleasant tactile feel. The corner design of the head improves access to corners and edges of cookware and jars, making it easier to scrape and mix ingredients. The wooden material is heat-resistant to typical cooking temperatures and gentle on cookware surfaces. The spoon’s balanced weight and shaped handle provide a secure grip for controlled stirring and serving.

Suitable for

• Stirring sauces, soups and stews
• Reaching into jars, pots and pans with narrow corners
• Serving cooked food and portions
• Light sautéing and folding ingredients
• Using with non-stick and enamel cookware to avoid scratches

Key specifications

• Design: corner-shaped head for improved access to edges and corners
• Finish: smooth sanded surface for comfortable handling
• Heat resistance: suitable for typical cooking temperatures (not suitable for prolonged direct flame exposure)

How to use

Use the spoon for stirring, folding and serving foods during preparation and cooking. The corner-shaped head is intended to reach into the edges of pans and jars to scrape and mix thoroughly. Avoid leaving the spoon in very hot liquids for prolonged periods or exposing it to direct flames. After use, wash the spoon by hand with warm water and mild detergent, dry immediately and store in a dry place.

Recommendations

To maintain the olive wood, periodically treat the spoon with a food-safe oil (for example mineral oil or beeswax-based preparations) to prevent drying and cracking. Do not put the spoon in a dishwasher; avoid prolonged soaking and aggressive detergents to extend the life and appearance of the wood.
