Keystone-modul Wirewin WKS JACK KAT6A STP EA

The Wirewin WKS JACK KAT6A STP EA is a flat CAT6A keystone module designed for high-speed data transmission in structured cabling systems. It includes an RJ-45 interface, a toolless termination method (no LSA tool required) and an integrated grounding option on the rear of the single-part device. The module is tested and certified to ISO/IEC standards and comes in a metallic yellow finish, with compact dimensions of 23.5 mm (W) × 37.5 mm (D) × 17.5 mm (H).

Advantages

The module supports CAT6A performance with STP shielding for improved noise rejection and reliable high-speed connections. Toolless termination simplifies installation and reduces the need for specialized tools. The single-piece design with rear grounding provision ensures a compact, durable solution for patch panels and faceplates while meeting ISO/IEC certification requirements.

Suitable for

• Structured cabling in offices and data centers
• Patch panels and wall plates requiring CAT6A STP connections
• Environments needing certified ISO/IEC performance and shielded RJ-45 ports

How to use

Insert the keystone module into a compatible keystone opening on a patch panel or wall plate until it snaps into place. Prepare the shielded twisted-pair cable, align pairs according to the module's wiring diagram, and terminate using the toolless mechanism provided. Ensure the cable shield is connected to the module's rear grounding point for proper STP performance. Verify the connection and certification-level performance with appropriate network testing equipment after installation.

Recommendations

For best results, use with shielded cabling and ensure the chassis or faceplate provides a continuous ground path; verify installation with a cable tester to confirm CAT6A performance and proper shielding continuity.
