Keystone-modul EFB Elektronik 37521.1V2 platt metallic

The EFB Elektronik 37521.1V2 Flat Metallic keystone module is a compact insert for structured cabling panels and faceplates that integrates an RJ-45 connector in a flat, metallic-finish housing. Designed for network accessory assemblies, the module allows easy snap-in installation into standard keystone apertures and delivers a stable Ethernet connection for devices requiring a wall- or panel-mounted port. The metallic surface provides a low-profile, uniform appearance that suits professional installations and office environments.

Advantages

This flat metallic keystone module combines a standardized RJ-45 interface with a slim, metal-look module body for neat visual integration into faceplates and patch panels. The snap-in design simplifies installation and replacement without specialized tools. Its construction supports consistent contact alignment for reliable signal transmission and minimizes connector movement when plugging and unplugging cables.

Key specifications

• Form factor: flat keystone module suitable for standard keystone openings
• Connector type: RJ-45 female socket for Ethernet cabling
• Housing finish: metallic (flat metal appearance)
• Mounting: snap-in installation into keystone-compatible faceplates and panels
• Application: designed for structured cabling and network accessory assemblies

How to use

Identify a compatible keystone faceplate or patch panel opening, align the module with the aperture and press the module into place until it snaps securely. Connect an Ethernet cable with an RJ-45 plug to the module’s socket. For removal, depress the module retention clips and pull the module out of the opening. Ensure cabling is properly terminated and tested after installation to verify link status and performance.

Recommendations

Use with compatible keystone faceplates and panels to maintain proper mechanical support. Verify cable category and termination quality to ensure desired network speeds and signal integrity. Avoid excessive force during insertion and removal to prevent deformation of the retention clips or contacts.
