Kedjesågssvärd Einhell 4500151

The Einhell 4500151 chainsaw bar is a replacement guide bar designed for compatibility with Einhell BG-PC 3735. With a length of 45 cm, the bar provides a stable, straight guide for the saw chain to ensure accurate cutting through logs and timber. Manufactured for durability, the bar is intended to withstand the mechanical stresses of routine cutting tasks while promoting smooth chain movement and reduced vibration during operation.

Advantages

The 45 cm length balances cutting capacity and maneuverability, allowing deeper cuts while remaining manageable for general-purpose work. The bar is made from treated steel to resist wear and maintain alignment under load, which supports consistent cutting performance. Its profile is engineered to promote efficient oil distribution along the chain, contributing to lower friction and extended chain life. Designed to fit specified Einhell models, the bar simplifies maintenance by matching mounting points and guide requirements.

Suitable for

• Replacing a worn or damaged guide bar on compatible Einhell chainsaws
• Cutting firewood, small to medium logs and general timber preparation
• Home workshop and light professional outdoor work where a 45 cm bar is appropriate

Key specifications

• Bar length: 45 cm
• Compatibility: designed to fit Einhell BG-PC 3735 and equivalent guide specifications
• Material: hardened/treated steel guide construction for wear resistance
• Profile: standard guide profile with oil grooves for chain lubrication

How to use

Before installation, ensure the saw is switched off and the spark plug or power source is disconnected to prevent accidental start. Remove the chain and the old bar according to the saw manufacturer’s instructions, then position the new bar on the mounting studs and refit the chain, making sure chain tension and alignment meet the recommended specifications. After installation, check chain tension after a short trial run and adjust lubrication flow as needed to ensure proper oiling of the bar and chain.

Recommendations

Use bar-specific chain sizes and maintain proper lubrication to extend service life. Regularly inspect the bar rails for wear and the oil groove for clogging. Replace the bar if bending, excessive wear or groove damage is detected. Follow the chainsaw manufacturer’s maintenance schedule and safety instructions when performing replacements or adjustments.
