Tips

Use low to medium heat to preserve the non-stick coating and save energy. Avoid metal utensils; choose wooden, silicone, or nylon tools to keep the surface intact. Although dishwasher safe, hand washing with a soft sponge will extend the life of the coating. For best results, preheat the pan briefly with a little oil before adding ingredients. Store carefully to avoid scratching the exterior.
