Kabeltestare LogiLink WZ0011

The LogiLink WZ0011 Cable Tester is a compact tool for testing network and communication cables, including RJ45, RJ11 and coaxial connections. It verifies cable continuity, detects open wires, shorts, miss-wires and provides pin-to-pin configuration checks. The unit includes a remote terminator with an RJ45 female plug and a black zipper bag for storage; it is powered by a single 9 V block battery (not included).

Advantages

The tester offers both autoscan and step-by-step testing modes and uses multiple LEDs to indicate cable status for quick diagnostics. Its remote unit allows testing of installed cables from the far end, while loop-back and continuity functions help localize and verify laid communication lines. The compact form factor and included storage bag make it suitable for field use.

Suitable for

• Testing and verifying RJ45 Ethernet cables
• Checking RJ11 telephone lines
• Testing coaxial cable continuity and faults
• On-site network installation and maintenance diagnostics

Key specifications

• Supported connectors: RJ45, RJ11, BNC (coaxial)
• Testing modes: Autoscan and step-by-step
• Indicators: Multiple LEDs for status, faults and pin mapping
• Remote unit: 1× RJ45 female plug
• Power: 1× 9 V block battery (not included)
• Accessories: Black zipper storage bag included

How to use

Connect the main tester to one end of the cable and attach the remote unit to the opposite end (use the RJ45 remote for Ethernet). Select the desired testing mode — autoscan for a full automatic sweep or step-by-step to observe individual pin results. Read the LED sequence to determine continuity, open wires, shorts, miss-wires or pin-to-pin mapping. Replace the 9 V battery when the indicator shows low power.

Recommendations

Use the remote unit to test installed cabling from the far end and run autoscan to quickly identify common faults. For precise troubleshooting, use step-by-step mode and inspect LED patterns against the user guide. Store the tester and remote in the supplied zipper bag and remove the battery if storing for extended periods.
