Kabelkanalsystemtillbehör EFB Elektronik 699991.4

The EFB Elektronik 699991.4 is a cable trunking system accessory made from galvanized steel with a stainless steel finish. Designed to integrate with cable management systems, it provides a protective channel for routing power, data and control cables. Its corrosion-resistant galvanized construction and neutral stainless colour make it suitable for industrial, commercial and technical environments where a durable, low-maintenance solution is required.

Advantages

This galvanized steel trunking accessory offers mechanical protection for cables and resists corrosion in indoor and sheltered outdoor settings. The stainless steel colour ensures a neutral, professional appearance that blends with equipment and enclosures. The rigid metal construction maintains shape under load, supports secure fastening and helps prevent cable damage from abrasion or crushing. Its design facilitates organized cable routing and reduces the risk of accidental disconnections or wear.

Suitable for

• Electrical wiring runs in industrial and commercial facilities
• Cable routing in network and server rooms
• Protection of power and control cables in machine installations
• Use inside equipment enclosures, racks and service corridors

Key specifications

• Material: Galvanized steel for enhanced corrosion resistance
• Product colour: Stainless steel finish for neutral appearance
• Construction: Rigid metal profile suitable for protected installations
• Function: Provides a protected channel for routing and organizing cables

How to use

Install the accessory as part of a compatible cable trunking system following standard mounting practices: measure and align with existing trunking profiles, secure with appropriate fasteners to the supporting structure and ensure joints and ends are fitted to maintain continuous protection. Route cables through the channel ensuring proper bend radii and avoid overfilling. When used in conjunction with covers, clips or partitions, assemble components so that cables are held securely and protected from mechanical stress.

Recommendations

For long-term performance, use in environments protected from continuous direct moisture and aggressive chemical exposure. Select fastening hardware and gaskets compatible with galvanized steel to avoid galvanic corrosion. Periodically inspect mounting points and cable fill to ensure secure installation and maintain accessibility for maintenance and cable changes.
