How to use

Plug the USB Type-C end of the Terratec CONNECT C12 into the USB-C port of your source device. Connect the HDMI end to an HDMI input on the display device. Select the appropriate HDMI input on the display and, if necessary, configure the display settings on the source device to extend or mirror the desktop. No additional software installation is typically required for devices that support video output over USB-C.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use the adapter with devices that explicitly support DisplayPort Alt Mode over USB-C. Avoid sharp bends near the connector and ensure both device ports are free of dust. If the display is not detected immediately, try reconnecting the cable or restarting the source device and confirming the correct input on the display.
