Inomhus-UHF-antenn Maximum DA-2200 (modell 18843) – UHF-mottagning för DVB-T/T2

Maximum DA-2200 (model 18843) is an indoor UHF antenna engineered for receiving terrestrial digital television signals in the UHF band, compatible with DVB-T and DVB-T2 broadcasts. Designed for compact indoor installation, the antenna improves reception quality in environments such as apartments, offices and holiday homes where over‑the‑air signals are available. The unit focuses on UHF channels and is intended to enhance picture and sound stability for standard-definition and high-definition broadcasts when compared with an unassisted integrated set‑top or TV tuner.

Advantages

The antenna’s compact design allows discreet placement on walls, windows or shelves without the need for external mounting hardware. Its tuned UHF reception increases signal gain and reduces multipath interference in typical indoor environments. Lightweight construction and standard coaxial output make it compatible with most DVB‑T and DVB‑T2 receivers and modern TVs. No external power supply is required for passive operation, simplifying installation and daily use.

Suitable for

• Indoor reception of terrestrial DVB‑T and DVB‑T2 broadcasts
• Apartments and rooms with moderate to good line-of-sight to broadcast towers
• Secondary locations such as holiday homes, offices or bedrooms
• Improving TV picture and sound quality where integrated tuners receive weak UHF signals

Key specifications

• Frequency range: UHF band (channels used for terrestrial digital TV)
• Type: Indoor passive UHF antenna for DVB‑T / DVB‑T2
• Connector: Standard coaxial output suitable for TV and set‑top boxes
• Mounting: Designed for wall, window or shelf placement indoors
• Construction: Compact, lightweight housing for discrete indoor use

How to use

Connect the antenna’s coaxial cable to the TV’s aerial input or to the RF input of a DVB‑T/T2 set‑top box. Place the antenna near a window or at an elevated position and run a channel scan on the TV or receiver to detect available terrestrial channels. If reception is weak, try repositioning the antenna by changing orientation or moving it closer to an external wall facing the broadcast towers. Use the receiver’s signal strength meter to find the best placement.

Recommendations

For optimal results, avoid placing the antenna near large metallic objects or electronic devices that may cause interference. In buildings with poor indoor reception, consider complementing this indoor antenna with an external antenna or an amplifier only if the receiver supports powered amplification—verify compatibility before connecting an active amplifier.
