HP RM1-3146-070CN fixeringsenhet

The HP RM1-3146-070CN fuser is a replacement heating assembly compatible with selected HP Color LaserJet models. Designed for use with Color LaserJet CM4730, CP4005, 4700 and 4730 MFP printers, the unit restores correct paper heating and toner bonding to deliver sharp text and consistent color reproduction. Supplied as a single fuser unit, it is intended for routine maintenance or as a replacement part to reduce downtime and preserve print quality in office and production environments.

Advantages

This fuser provides consistent thermal performance to ensure reliable toner adhesion across a variety of media weights and sizes. It is engineered for straightforward replacement and alignment with the printer’s existing transport path, reducing the need for service calls. The assembly is manufactured to match HP printer specifications, supporting stable output quality and extended device uptime when installed as part of regular maintenance.

Suitable for

• Repair or maintenance of HP Color LaserJet CM4730 series printers
• Replacement in CP4005 and 4700 series offices requiring high-volume color output
• SMB or corporate print departments that need consistent, long-run color printing
• Service technicians stocking commonly replaced thermal assemblies

Key specifications

• Compatibility: select HP Color LaserJet multifunction and single-function models
• Function: heat and pressure assembly for toner fusing
• Form factor: single complete fuser unit supplied per pack
• Expected role: replacement part for end-of-life or degraded fuser performance
• Media support: designed to work with standard office paper weights and common coated stocks used in laser color printing

How to use

Turn off the printer and allow the unit to cool before attempting replacement. Open the printer access panels according to the service manual and remove the existing fuser assembly by releasing the retention latches and disconnecting any electrical connectors. Install the replacement fuser by aligning it with the printer’s mounting points, reconnect the electrical connections, secure the retention latches, and close the access panels. Power on the printer and run any recommended initialization or calibration routines specified by the manufacturer to ensure proper operation.

Recommendations

Use original or manufacturer-specified consumables and install the fuser in a dust-free environment. Monitor print output for signs of uneven fusing, streaks, or increased toner transfer; these indicate the need for inspection or replacement. For high-volume workflows, schedule periodic checks and keep a spare unit on hand to minimize downtime.
