HellermannTyton KAELTE75 kylspray sprayburk 935-10033

Intermittent faults in electronic circuits can be maddening to diagnose, especially when heat is the culprit. The HellermannTyton KAELTE75 cooling spray provides a rapid, non-flammable chill that instantly lowers component temperatures to -50°C, making thermal intermittents visible and speeding up fault isolation. Its precision nozzle delivers a controlled jet, while the residue-free formula leaves no conductive film, ensuring safe use on live circuits and sensitive assemblies.

Who is it for

Service technicians, repair engineers, and electronics hobbyists who need a reliable diagnostic aid for thermal testing, component cooling, and fault finding on PCBs, connectors, and other electronic assemblies. It is also ideal for shrinking heat-shrink tubing, testing thermostats, and preventing heat damage during soldering.

Tips

Shake the can well before use and spray in short bursts from a distance of 10-15 cm. For intermittent faults, cool suspected components one at a time while monitoring circuit behaviour. Always test on a small area first to ensure compatibility with sensitive plastics. Store upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
