Gummihammare trä Bahco 3625RM-55

The BAHCO Mallet Rubber Wood 3625RM-55 is a rubber mallet with a wooden handle designed for tasks that require controlled, low-impact strikes. The mallet has a 5.5 cm tip diameter, an overall length of 305 mm and a weight of 290 g. The durable rubber head absorbs shock and reduces surface damage, making the tool suitable for delicate assembly, trimming and finishing work where metal hammers could cause marks or deformation.

Advantages

The wooden handle provides a comfortable and secure grip while offering natural vibration damping. The rubber head combines resilience with sufficient firmness to transfer force accurately without marring surfaces. With a compact length and moderate weight, this mallet offers good balance and maneuverability for repetitive light striking tasks.

Suitable for

• Woodworking assembly and joinery
• Cabinet fitting and furniture installation
• Tile positioning and delicate masonry adjustments
• Automotive interior work and panel alignment
• Soft striking where surface protection is required

Key specifications

• Tip diameter: 5.5 cm
• Overall length: 305 mm
• Weight: 290 g
• Head material: rubber
• Handle material: wood
• Shock absorption: high

How to use

Hold the wooden handle with a firm but relaxed grip and strike the target with controlled swings, using the rubber face to absorb impact. For aligning parts, apply light taps until the required position is achieved; for assembly tasks, deliver slightly firmer blows while maintaining accuracy to avoid damage. Inspect the rubber head regularly for wear and replace the mallet if the head becomes excessively deformed or split.

Recommendations

Use the mallet on clean surfaces and avoid striking sharp or very hard edges that could cut the rubber. Store the tool in a dry place away from direct sunlight to prolong the life of the wooden handle and rubber head. For heavy demolition or high-force work choose a metal hammer instead.
