Gränssnittskort Akasa AK-PCCM2P-05

The Akasa AK-PCCM2P-05 is a compact PCIe interface card for adding M.2 PCIe NVMe storage to an existing motherboard or PC. It provides an M.2 output interface and uses a passive cooling solution, compatible with PCI Express 3.0 standards. With a slim footprint (38.2 × 99.8 × 14 mm) and black finish, it fits into standard internal expansion slots to expand storage options without active cooling.

Advantages

The card offers simple installation into a PCIe slot and supports M.2 devices while relying on a passive heatsink for quiet, maintenance-free cooling. Its PCIe 3.0 compatibility ensures broad motherboard support and the compact dimensions make it suitable for space-constrained builds.

Suitable for

• Upgrading a desktop PC with an M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD
• Systems where passive (fanless) cooling is preferred
• Small form-factor or space-limited builds requiring internal M.2 expansion

Key specifications

• Brand: Akasa
• Model: AK-PCCM2P-05
• Host interface: PCIe (PCI Express 3.0 compatible)
• Output interface: M.2 (for PCIe NVMe drives)
• Internal installation: Yes
• Product colour: Black
• Dimensions (W × D × H): 38.2 × 99.8 × 14 mm

How to use

Power off the PC and open the case. Insert the Akasa AK-PCCM2P-05 into a free PCIe slot and secure it according to your case mounting method. Install the M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD into the M.2 slot on the card, fastening it with the appropriate screw or standoff. Close the case, power on the system and verify drive detection in BIOS/UEFI or the operating system. No active cooling or external power connections are required for the card itself.

Recommendations

For optimal thermal performance, ensure adequate case airflow around the card and avoid placing high-power components directly adjacent. Check motherboard BIOS/UEFI settings for M.2/PCIe lane configuration if the drive is not detected.
