Gängverktyg KS Tools 903.3300

The KS Tools 903.3300 threading tool set is designed for precision threading applications in professional workshop and industrial environments. Supplied as an 8-piece pack with a total weight of 6.2 kg, the set provides a selection of threading tools intended to deliver reliable performance and long service life when used for cutting, repairing or renewing threads in metal components. The tools are produced to meet consistent dimensional and cutting quality suitable for repeated use in maintenance, repair and fabrication tasks.

Advantages

The set offers a balance of durability and accuracy with tools manufactured to maintain cutting geometry and resist wear during repeated threading operations. The 8-piece configuration covers a range of common sizes, reducing the need to change tools frequently on the job. The overall weight and construction indicate robust build quality suitable for workshop handling and stable operation in manual or machine-assisted threading processes.

Suitable for

• Cutting or repairing external and internal threads on metal parts
• General automotive repair and maintenance tasks that require thread restoration
• Industrial and workshop fabrication where consistent thread profiles are required
• Use in combination with thread-cutting machines, taps, dies, or hand tools for thread forming and restoration

Key specifications

• Pack contents: 8 pieces designed for threading operations
• Total weight: 6.2 kg for the full set
• Intended material application: metal threading (ferrous and non-ferrous where specified by tool material)
• Construction: tools designed for repeated use with wear-resistant geometry

How to use

Select the appropriate tool from the 8-piece set that matches the thread size and type required. Secure the workpiece and ensure correct alignment before engaging the threading tool. Use suitable cutting fluid or lubricant to reduce friction and improve chip evacuation during cutting. Operate the tool at the recommended speed and feed for the material being threaded, and clear chips regularly to maintain thread quality. Inspect threads after cutting and deburr where necessary to ensure fit and finish.

Recommendations

For best results use tools appropriate to the workpiece material and maintain cutting edges by cleaning and storing the set in a dry environment. Replace worn items to avoid poor thread geometry and use proper personal protective equipment when performing threading operations.
