Fullrange-högtalarelement Omnitronic 80710891

The Omnitronic 80710891 full range speaker driver delivers balanced audio reproduction in a compact round design. With an RMS power rating of 100 W, this driver is designed for applications requiring reliable mid-to-full range sound. Its physical dimensions and moderate weight make it suitable for integration into enclosures, portable PA systems, and custom speaker projects where consistent performance and clear sound are required.

Advantages

This full range driver provides a consistent frequency response across a broad band, reducing the need for multiple drivers in simple speaker systems. The 100 W RMS rating offers sufficient continuous power handling for many small to medium audio setups. Its round form factor and compact footprint simplify mounting and enclosure design while the build quality supports stable operation under typical use conditions.

How to use

Install the driver into a suitably sized enclosure using appropriate mounting hardware and gasket material to ensure a secure and airtight fit. Match the driver to an amplifier whose output and impedance are within the driver’s safe operating range. When integrating into multi-driver systems, use suitable crossover components or electronic processing to manage frequency distribution and protect the driver from excessive low-frequency power. Observe standard safety practices for speaker wiring and ensure correct polarity to maintain coherent sound reproduction.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, avoid driving the speaker with sustained power levels above its RMS rating and incorporate proper ventilation in enclosed cabinets. Use an amplifier with adequate headroom and, if necessary, a crossover or EQ to limit very low frequencies that could overload the driver.
