Förvaringsbalja Allit VarioPlus ProFlip 6

The Allit VarioPlus ProFlip 6 storage tray is constructed from durable HIPS and polystyrene in a rectangular format that fits modular shelving and racking systems. With external dimensions of 600 mm width, 95 mm depth and 115 mm height, this blue tray provides organized space for tools, small parts and consumables while remaining lightweight and easy to handle. The rigid material and reinforced edges make it suitable for repeated handling in workshops and garages where frequent access and visibility matter.

Advantages

The tray combines impact-resistant HIPS and stable polystyrene to deliver a balance of toughness and dimensional stability. Its rectangular footprint and relatively low profile maximize shelf space while allowing clear visual identification of contents thanks to the blue color. The design supports stacking and secure placement in compatible VarioPlus systems, improving order and reducing time spent searching for parts.

Key specifications

• Material: HIPS (high-impact polystyrene) with polystyrene components
• External dimensions (W × D × H): 600 × 95 × 115 mm
• Shape: rectangular
• Color: blue
• Construction: rigid tray with reinforced edges for repeated handling

How to use

Place the Allit VarioPlus ProFlip 6 tray onto compatible shelving, racks or inside modular storage units. Arrange tools, fasteners and small parts in the tray so that frequently used items are positioned toward the front for quick access. Multiple trays can be stacked or positioned side by side to create a systematic layout; when moving a loaded tray, support the base to avoid tipping. Clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent as needed to maintain visibility of stored items.

Recommendations

Use the tray as part of a modular organization scheme: group similar items by type or task, label the front edge for quick identification, and avoid overloading beyond the tray’s practical carrying capacity to preserve shape and fit in shelving systems.
