Fogborttagningsset FEIN 63731002210

The FEIN 63731002210 Grout Removal Kit is a tool attachment engineered for precise removal of grout from tile, stone and similar joints. Designed to fit compatible oscillating multi-tools, the kit provides a focused cutting action that clears old or damaged grout while minimizing risk to adjacent tiles and surfaces. Its construction emphasizes durability and control for use in renovation, repair and surface preparation projects.

Advantages

The kit delivers accurate grout removal with reduced chipping of nearby tiles thanks to its optimized blade geometry and rigid mounting. It offers broad compatibility with common oscillating tools, enabling quick attachment changes and stable operation. The design supports steady material removal for consistent joint depth and smooth results, reducing time spent on manual scraping and rework.

Suitable for

• Removing deteriorated or stained grout from ceramic and porcelain tiles
• Preparing joints for re-grouting or sealant application
• Tile renovation and bathroom or kitchen refurbishment
• Small-scale masonry and stone repair work

Key specifications

• Tool type: grout removal attachment for oscillating multi-tools
• Compatible materials: ceramic, porcelain, natural stone and similar tile substrates
• Cutting action: oscillating plunge-cut design for joint clearance
• Construction: hardened cutting edge for wear resistance
• Typical joint widths supported: narrow to standard tile grout joints

How to use

Secure the grout removal blade to a compatible oscillating multi-tool according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Start with a moderate oscillation speed and guide the blade along the grout line with steady, light pressure, allowing the tool to do the cutting. Progress in short passes to the desired depth, periodically clearing loose material and inspecting adjacent tiles to avoid accidental contact. After reaching the required depth, vacuum or brush out debris and prepare the joint for cleaning and re-grouting.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, dust mask and gloves. Test the blade on a small inconspicuous area first to confirm compatibility with the tile material and to set proper speed. Avoid excessive force or high speed settings that can increase vibration and risk of damage; maintain controlled passes and replace the blade when cutting performance decreases.
