Fläkt Rittal DK 7980.000

Fan Rittal DK 7980.000 is an expansion fan for a fan mounting plate designed to improve airflow and cooling in enclosures and computer cases. The unit operates at a rated voltage of 230 V and is built in a black finish. It offers a compact solution for increasing ventilation where additional air circulation is required.

Advantages

The fan provides reliable continuous operation with low power consumption (19 W at 50 Hz, 18 W at 60 Hz). It delivers an unobstructed air throughput in the range of 160–180 m3/h and is suitable for environments with ambient temperatures from -10°C to +55°C. The black colour and robust construction make it suitable for a range of industrial and IT applications.

How to use

Install the fan onto a compatible fan mounting plate following the mounting plate manufacturer’s instructions. Ensure the power supply matches the rated 230 V and that the fan is oriented to achieve the desired airflow direction. Secure electrical connections per local regulations and verify that the enclosure’s airflow path is unobstructed before powering the unit.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, keep intake and exhaust openings free of dust and debris and perform periodic inspections. Use the fan as part of a planned ventilation strategy to maintain component temperatures within manufacturer-specified limits.
