Fläkt Noctua NF-P14s redux-1200

The Noctua NF-P14s redux-1200 is a 140 mm square-frame computer fan designed for case and radiator cooling. This redux edition reissues Noctua’s classic NF-P14 in a streamlined, affordably priced package that contains the essential premium fan features: industry-grade SSO bearing, an MTBF rating over 150,000 hours and a full 6-year manufacturer’s warranty. The 1200 RPM model provides a balance of airflow and low noise suitable for general case ventilation and high-impedance applications such as radiators and dense CPU coolers.

Advantages

The NF-P14s redux-1200 offers pressure-optimized nine-blade aerodynamics and a square 140 mm frame for full radiator coverage and improved static pressure. Vortex-Control Notches reduce tonal noise by spreading emissions across frequencies, while the Smooth Commutation Drive 2 minimizes commutation and torque-related sounds for very quiet operation. The proven SSO bearing adds long-term stability and reliability. Optional Noctua accessories (anti-vibration mounts, LNA, adapters and cables) allow flexible installation and tuning.

Suitable for

• 140 mm case ventilation
• 140 mm water-cooling radiators
• CPU coolers and other high-impedance heatsinks
• Quiet system builds that require balanced airflow and pressure

Key specifications

• Fan diameter: 140 mm (square frame, 140×140×25 mm)
• Speed: 1200 RPM
• Maximum static pressure: 1.29 mmH2O
• Rated voltage: 12 V
• Colour: Grey / Black
• MTBF: >150,000 hours
• Warranty: 6 years (manufacturer)

How to use

Install the fan using the standard 140 mm mounting holes (124.5 mm spacing) in your case or onto a 140 mm radiator. Connect to a 3-pin or compatible header on the motherboard or to a voltage-controlled fan controller; use Noctua adapters if required for lower speed or alternative connectors. Position the fan so the airflow orientation matches your desired intake or exhaust configuration, and secure it with the provided or optional anti-vibration mounts to reduce transfer of vibrations to the chassis.

Recommendations

For radiator use choose the square-frame orientation to ensure full coverage and optimal pressure performance. If lower noise is required, use Noctua’s Low-Noise Adapter (LNA) or reduce voltage via a compatible controller. Regularly clean the fan blades and radiator fins to maintain airflow and cooling efficiency.
