Fiberoptisk kabel EFB Elektronik O7013.10 10 m ST turkos

The EFB Elektronik O7013.10 is a 10 m OM3 fibre optic patch cable with ST connectors and a 50 µm core diameter. It serves as the shortest defined link between a passive cabling port and an active network port or as a point-to-point connection between two active network ports. The cable conforms to structured cabling principles of ISO/IEC 11801 and is suitable for high-speed networking in data centers and enterprise environments.

Advantages

This fibre optic cable features aramid yarn reinforced strain relief and a halogen-free, flame-retardant jacket complying with IEC-60754-2, IEC-60332-1 and IEC-61034. EFB connectors meet minimum quality grades (Grade B/2 for singlemode and Grade A/1 for multimode as per IEC-61753 series draft). Each cable is 100% tested and supplied with an individual test report. The OM3 multimode specification and ST connector type make the cable suitable for multimode applications requiring consistent performance.

Suitable for

• Patching between passive cabling panels and network equipment
• Point-to-point multimode links in data centers
• Short-run links in enterprise LANs and server rooms

Key specifications

• Manufacturer: EFB Elektronik
• Model: O7013.10
• Length: 10 m
• Fiber type: OM3 multimode
• Core diameter: 50 µm
• Connector type: ST – ST
• Jacket: Halogen-free, flame-retardant (IEC-60754-2, IEC-60332-1, IEC-61034)
• Strain relief: Aramid yarn reinforced
• Testing: 100% tested with individual test report

How to use

Install the fibre optic cable by aligning each ST connector with the corresponding ST receptacle and insert until it locks into place. Avoid bending the cable beyond the minimum bend radius specified by the manufacturer and route it without sharp kinks. Use proper fibre patch panel management to prevent stress on connectors. When disconnecting, pull the connector body—do not pull the cable jacket—to avoid damaging the strain relief.

Recommendations

Store and handle the OM3 cable in a clean environment; protect connector endfaces with dust caps when not in use and clean endfaces before mating to ensure optimal signal quality and to prevent connector damage.
