How to use

Mount the Extralink 12U rack to a solid wall using appropriate anchors and fixings rated for the combined weight of the cabinet and installed equipment. Install devices on the clearly marked 12U vertical rails and secure them with standard 19" rack screws. Route cables through the conduit opening on the top panel and, if needed, fit fans into the two top mounting positions to improve airflow. Use the snap fasteners to remove side panels for easier access during installation and maintenance.

Recommendations

Place the cabinet on a load-bearing wall and ensure installation hardware matches local building codes. Distribute equipment weight evenly on the rails and maintain ventilation clearance; add fans if used with heat-generating devices. Keep the keyed lock engaged when the cabinet is unattended to protect installed equipment.
