How to use

Power down and disconnect the rack unit before beginning replacement. Remove screws securing the existing front plate and gently detach it from the device to expose the BNC connector area. Position the EUROLITE Racklight Flexilight BNC front plate over the connector, align mounting holes with the chassis, and secure with the original screws or compatible fasteners. Verify the BNC connector is seated and tightened as needed, then reconnect and power the unit to confirm proper signal path and mechanical stability.

Recommendations

Use standard coaxial cables with properly terminated BNC connectors to ensure reliable signal transmission. Inspect mounting screws and chassis alignment during installation, and avoid over-tightening to prevent damage to the plate or connector. For regular operation, periodically check the connector for corrosion or wear and replace the front plate if mechanical integrity is compromised.
