How to use

Use the screwdriver for tightening or loosening slotted screws in electrical equipment with the supply disconnected when possible. The insulated design permits work on or near live parts rated up to 1,000 V AC, but always verify voltage ratings and follow local safety procedures. Grip the SoftFinish® handle firmly and apply torque aligned with the blade to avoid cam-out or damage to the screw head. Store the tool in a clean, dry toolbox or insulated tool roll to protect the insulation and tip.

Recommendations

Inspect the insulation regularly for nicks, cuts or wear and replace the tool if the protective coating is compromised. Verify the screwdriver’s rated voltage and certification before use on live circuits and always follow applicable electrical safety regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
