How to use

Place A4 sheets inside the box file so they lie flat and aligned with the edges. Use the colored variants to separate different subjects, departments, or project stages for easier identification. For frequent access, keep files for active projects in the most reachable location and transfer completed sets to longer-term storage.

Recommendations

Avoid overfilling beyond the stated capacity to prevent deformation. Keep the box file dry and away from prolonged direct sunlight to preserve color and material integrity. For improved organization, label the spine or an inserted front sheet with the contents and date range.
