ELATEC-tagg KF-MF1 grå

Access control just got simpler with the ELATEC Tag KF-MF1 key fob. Picture a busy office building where employees stream through turnstiles every morning; each one taps a small grey fob against a reader and the door unlocks instantly. That fob is the KF-MF1, a rugged MIFARE Classic 1K transponder housed in durable ABS plastic. It works seamlessly with ELATEC TWN4 readers and any ISO/IEC 14443 Type A compliant system, making it a drop-in solution for existing installations.

Why choose it

The KF-MF1 is built to withstand daily wear and tear. Its IP67 rating means it survives dust, rain, and even brief submersion, so it is ideal for outdoor use or harsh environments. The integrated coil antenna ensures reliable reads, while the Crypto1 encryption adds a layer of security against cloning. With a write endurance of 100,000 cycles, it will outlast many competing tags.

Ideal use cases

• Access control for offices, gyms, and residential buildings
• Time and attendance tracking in factories or construction sites
• Identification for membership or loyalty programs
• Parking garage entry systems

Good to know

The KF-MF1 comes in a neutral grey colour that blends with any keychain. It requires no battery—power is drawn from the reader's field—so it never needs recharging. For best performance, pair it with ELATEC TWN4 readers, which support advanced features like automatic card type detection.
