How to use

Place the Esselte file storage box on a shelf, in a cupboard or on a desktop in an upright position. Insert folders or loose documents vertically to keep spines visible for quick identification. Label the outer edge or use removable labels to mark contents by project, date or category. For heavier contents, distribute weight evenly across multiple boxes and avoid overfilling to maintain shape and ease of handling.

Recommendations

Store in a dry, room-temperature environment away from direct sunlight and moisture. For long-term archiving, use additional protective covers or plastic sleeves for sensitive documents. When moving multiple filled boxes, support the base to prevent deformation.
