Dykcirkelsåg Graphite 58G495

The Graphite 58G495 plunge saw is a power tool designed for controlled, accurate cuts in a variety of materials. It is equipped with a powerful motor, adjustable cutting depth and a built-in laser guide to assist with line-of-cut visibility. The ergonomic body is shaped for comfortable handling during extended work sessions, and the plunge mechanism enables starting cuts from inside the workpiece or at edges with precision.

Advantages

The powerful motor delivers consistent cutting performance across common construction materials while the adjustable cutting depth allows accurate control of cut profiles. The integrated laser guide improves alignment and reduces guesswork when following a layout. Ergonomic design elements reduce user fatigue during longer tasks, and the plunge function provides versatility for through-cuts and internal starts.

Suitable for

• Cutting plywood, chipboard and MDF
• Trimming laminated flooring and panels
• Making plunge cuts for electrical boxes or joinery
• On-site carpentry and renovation tasks

Key specifications

• Plunge cutting mechanism for controlled start and finish of cuts
• Adjustable cutting depth for different material thicknesses
• Laser guide for improved cut-line visibility and alignment
• Ergonomic body shape for comfortable handling during extended use
• Designed for use on wood-based panels, laminates and similar materials

How to use

Before operation, select and install a blade suitable for the material to be cut and ensure the saw is disconnected from the power source while changing accessories. Adjust the cutting depth to match the thickness of the workpiece and set the laser guide so the visible line aligns with the desired cut line. Position the base plate firmly on the work surface, engage the plunge mechanism to the starting position and power the saw. Guide the saw along the cutting line at a steady pace, allowing the blade and motor to work without forcing the tool. Upon completing the cut, release the switch, allow the blade to stop, then retract the plunge mechanism and remove the saw from the material.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection, hearing protection and a dust mask. Secure the workpiece and, where possible, use a guide rail or clamping system to improve straightness and safety. Use blades matched to the material type and replace damaged or worn blades promptly to maintain cut quality.
