Duschkorg TESA Aluxx 40201-00000

The TESA Aluxx 40201-00000 shower basket provides a deep, wall-mounted storage solution for shower and bath toiletries. Constructed from glossy chrome-plated aluminium, the basket measures approximately 250 mm wide, 125 mm deep and 92 mm high, offering stable room for shampoo, shower gel and other bottles. It is fixed to the wall with a drilling-free adhesive mounting system that requires around 12 hours to set and can be removed and reinstalled in a new location using a separate adapter (BK43-2).

Advantages

The aluminium construction combines corrosion resistance with a polished look, while the deep design accommodates taller bottles. Adhesive mounting avoids drilling and surface damage. The unit is removable and, with the appropriate adapter, reusable at another site. Compact dimensions make it suitable for most shower areas without occupying excessive space.

Suitable for

• Storing shampoo, conditioner and shower gel bottles
• Organising toiletries in showers and bathtubs
• Bathrooms where drilling is not permitted or desired

How to use

Clean and dry the chosen mounting surface according to the adhesive manufacturer’s instructions. Apply the adhesive mounting pad or tape supplied with the shower basket, press the basket firmly to the wall and leave undisturbed for the recommended curing time (approx. 12 hours) before placing bottles on it. To relocate, remove the basket, fit the BK43-2 adapter if available, and follow the same surface preparation and mounting steps at the new location.

Recommendations

Avoid placing excessively heavy items on the basket; check that the wall surface is suitable for adhesive mounting (smooth, dry, clean). For tiled or painted surfaces, follow the adhesive instructions and allow full curing time before loading the basket.
