Dörr EFB Elektronik PRO-TUR428S1.GR

The EFB Elektronik PRO-TUR428S1.GR is a grey steel door designed for rack accessories, providing a solid and durable front for server and network cabinets. With a width of 800 mm and a height of 1963 mm, this single-unit door fits standard tall racks and is intended for professional environments where protection, rigidity and a consistent appearance are required. The dimensions provide full-height coverage for tall cabinets, reducing dust ingress and improving cable and component security. The grey finish is resistant to common shop and data center environments and supports uniform rack aesthetics. Sold as one unit, it is simple to install and replace as part of routine maintenance or upgrades.

Suitable for

• Server cabinets and network racks requiring a full-height front door
• Data centers and server rooms where durable metal doors are preferred
• Industrial control cabinets and telecommunication enclosures
• Repair shops and facilities needing a replacement or spare rack door

Key specifications

• Material: steel
• Finish: grey
• Width: 800 mm
• Height: 1963 mm
• Delivery: single unit (one door)

How to use

Measure the rack opening to confirm compatibility with the 800 mm width and 1963 mm height before installation. Remove the existing front panel or prepare the cabinet frame for mounting. Position the door in the rack frame, align mounting holes, and secure with appropriate screws or fasteners compatible with the rack’s mounting system. Verify that hinges and latches operate smoothly and that the door closes flush with the cabinet front. For best results, install by two people when handling heavier panels to prevent damage or injury.

Recommendations

Regularly check and tighten mounting hardware, keep hinges lubricated if needed, and clean the painted steel surface with a mild detergent to maintain appearance and corrosion resistance. Ensure airflow and ventilation are not obstructed if the rack requires specific cooling arrangements; consider pairing this door with compatible ventilation or perforated panels where active cooling is necessary.
